Meeting Room Application Form
Due to the continuing health and safety concerns surrounding COVID-19, our meeting rooms will be closed until further notice. If you have any questions, please call (402) 331-7636 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Library-sponsored programs have priority over all other groups, followed by government, non-profit, and for-profit organizations.
For-profit groups may not solicit sales during their meetings.
The library has two public meeting spaces:
Meeting Room: 50-person meeting room containing 70 chairs, 15 tables, a sink, a whiteboard, and a projection screen.
Story Time Room: 10-person meeting room containing 10 chairs, 2 folding tables, a sink, and a projection screen.
WI-FI access is available throughout the building. The library has a laptop, a small bluetooth speaker, a projector, a conference phone, and a portable PA system, all of which can be reserved with advance notice.
You will receive a response within 48 hours of filling out the form regarding the room availability.
By submitting this application, you agree to assume responsibility for loss to the Library’s equipment and/or facilities. You assume responsibility for cleaning the meeting space and will pay any assessed fees.
