Meeting Room Application Form

Library-sponsored programs have priority over all other groups, followed by government, non-profit, and for-profit organizations.

For-profit groups may not solicit sales during their meetings.

The main meeting room will accommodate 50 persons seated and 10 tables. It has a sink, dry erase board, projection screen, wireless outlets, an AV cart with a DVD player, overhead projector, and LCD projector, which may be used by making prior arrangements.  The story time room will accommodate 12 persons seated and 2 tables. It has a sink and projection screen available.

You will receive a response within 48 hours of filling out the form regarding the room availability.

By submitting this application, you agree to assume responsibility for loss to the Library’s equipment and/or facilities. You assume responsibility for cleaning the meeting space and will pay any assessed fees.
