Curbside Pickup Services
To accommodate patrons who are concerned about entering the library building during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering outdoor pickup services. Hold requests can be done through our catalog or by calling (402) 331-7636. Items are checked out to the patron at time of pick up and placed on a cart located outside the library’s entrance.
Meeting room space is provided for library programs and other public meetings of an informational, educational, cultural, or civic nature. Library-sponsored programs have priority, followed by government, non-profit, and then for-profit organizations. No fees may be charged by individuals or groups using the meeting rooms. Fees may be approved to cover costs of materials for short-term classes or workshops.
The library has two meeting rooms, a main Meeting Room, located near the entrance, and a story time room, accessible from the children’s area inside the library.
Meeting Room: 50-person meeting room containing 70 chairs, 15 tables, a sink, a whiteboard, and a projection screen.
Story Time Room: 10-person meeting room containing 10 chairs, 2 folding tables, a sink, and a projection screen.
If you’re interested in using one of the rooms, please fill out and return to the library the online meeting room application form at least one week before the date requested. The library will contact the person who completed the request to confirm the reservation.
Computer lab use is limited to two hour time allotments. Time limits are enforced when usage of both lab and reference computers is high.
The Internet is filtered on all but one of the computers. Only patrons aged 18 and up may use the unfiltered computer. Parents and guardians, not the library or its staff, are responsible for the Internet information selected or accessed by their children.
